I’m totally buzzing about bringing you this giveaway from ALLOTINABOX® for a Limited Edition Kitchen Garden Box.

Hi Anna; Thanks for your kind comments on my my blog, about Caribbean cooking. Your “Bio” makes you sound very similar to one of my daughters, who is also a computer programmer and (when the responsibilities of motherhood allow) a keen gardener. Seeing you run a competition on your blog prompts me to ask : are you a “Comper”? My wife runs a magazine called The Competition Grapevine about such things. [www.compersgrapevine.co.uk] Just thought you might be interested.

    • Anna B December 13, 2012 at 5:41 pm #

Hello Mark! Your wife’s website looks cool! I’m not a ‘comper’ myself but I like to give something to my readers and promote companies if I think they’re cool, which ALLOTINABOX clearly are! I think their products are great and they promote everything I love. Funnily enough, since I started doing this blog I have heard from a few women programmers who like gardening! I guess there are a lot of people who do love gardening but I have to say that women in programming are rare! Please give her a ‘hello’ from me! Thanks so much for dropping by Mark :)
